Episode 2 - Thomas Aas

Thomas talks about the first project where Bane NOR is not requiring drawings from the general contractor, what are the new exciting happenings in our industry. He says we got from "why we should do BIM" to "how we should do BIM", and much more.

Thomas is an Engineer currently working as a BIM Manager on the Drammen - Kobervikkdalen project for Bane NOR through a company called Centerpoint.

"For me, BIM it's a platform to combine every information and everything you know about objects in the digital world. A better way to control and see what you've been planning and see the whole picture. Be able to combine all the disciplines together and checking for collisions before finding them out in the field."
